Structure …
3 common days would be selected by entire CHS PLC members in which to meet over the course of the school year- sub release time paid centrally for these 3 days
30-60 mins. max as a large group sharing/facilitation, with various field experts, seeing how each connected to the larger whole of CSH
Remainder of the day would involve breakout rooms for each of the sub groups to work on their own unique goals for the day
Each of the sub groups would be co-lead as a team to decide goals of group interest and each sub group would have a facilitator
