ABOUTCHAMPIONS
What sets us apart from
our competition, is thatour primary mission is not
financial gain. Our team
is made up of multi-
faceted professionals who
have already had success-
ful careers in their respec-
tive fields and now find
the desire to give some-
thing back to the future ofour society in the form of
common sense values,
healthy physical activity,
and family bonding enter-
tainment.
Following is the premise
of Champions Sports Per-
formance and what we arehoping to instill in each
and every person that

While every community sports project will have dif-
ferent needs and unique challenges, the process
of getting a project built, is relatively consistent.
First, we will offer the client a limited term engage-
ment during which we will do a site analysis, feasi-
bility study, preliminary land plan/design, and a fi-
nancial analysis to substantiate the clients budget
and to provide alternative sources/uses of funds
for consideration. Once this engagement has
been completed we will submit our findings to the

client for review and approval. Once the project has been approved,
we will author a complete design/build package that will include cost-
ing schedules, construction schedules, final land plan, final architec-
tural package, engineering, construction drawings and any other con-
siderations required by policy. If the client wishes, we can also assist inthe permitting and regulatory approval process. Once the final pack-
age has been approved, we mobilize and begin the constructions proc-
ess.
Reporting during the construction process can be effected according
to the clients wishes and requirements. Once the final punch list has
been completed, you have a new facility and we move into the opera-
tional role.

One of the cornerstones of our program is our Op-
erations staff. With over 40 years combined exper
ence in amateur tournament operations as well as
community sports services, our staff is experi-
enced, fiscally responsible, and most importantly,
dedicated. With responsibility for running both the
Field House and the Pitch, our staff will handle eve
rything from scheduling, maintenance, and day to
day operations. Most important to our government
clients, is that we do all of this as a not-for profit

locally based entity (a tax exempt 501 (c) (3)),
that turns all net profits either back into the facil-
ity or to the host entity for re-investment into the
surrounding community. As an added compo-
nent to our scope of work, we will assist the hostentity in obtaining name rights, contributions,
and fund raising events. Our operations staff
brings experience from some of the largest are-
nas in the US, collegiate complexes, government
recreational departments, as well as some of the
more recognizable sports sanctioning bodies in
the world.
We can show every client the simple fact that we
can provide a cost effective, progressive, and ef-
ficiently run facility that most importantly can
have a cost neutral effect on the clients budget
and cash flow.

The iconic feature in each and every operation is
the Field House. These structures can range from
a double court basketball facility to an eight court
floor with slide in artificial turf floor for indoor
soccer/lacrosse/football. Creating a hyper-flexible
field house takes some careful consideration.
There are many variables that all impact how the
field house can be used, including:
Relationship to other facilities

Space configuration
Materials (interior and exterior)
Storage
Mechanical systems
Amenities (egresses, restrooms and specta-tor seating)
It is important for each client to first consider pri-
mary uses and then consider what level of flexibil-
ity makes sense, and then move forward accord-
ingly. The less tangible - but no less valuable -
benefit of the reimagined field house is the sense
of community it can provide.
The same structure that is used for the field
house can be utilized to also house an indoor
swimming facility (natatorium) either as a standa-
lone facility or in conjunction with the Field
House.

The Pitch is the collection of fields that will be util-
ized for outdoor field sports such as football, soc-
cer, baseball/softball, lacrosse, field hockey, and
others. The vast majority of fields that we install
are artificial turf due to the drastically reduced
maintenance costs as well as the inherent ability to
recover quickly from inclement weather which al-
lows for more revenue generating activities within
the complex.

The ESPN Wide Worldof Sports in Kissimmee,
FL.
The Pitch can be configured with flexible baseball/softball fields that
can utilize movable fences to accommodate youth, high school/
college, and adult play. The multipurpose fields can be designed so as
to accommodate virtually any field sport such as football, soccer, la-
crosse, field hockey, 7x7 football, rugby, and others. Each field can ac-
commodate movable bleachers and will usually feature one centralcore building (restrooms, observation platform, and officials space) for
every four fields.
Each field can be setup with CCTV system that can feed each and
every game back to the production studio (usually in the Field House)
which then can be used for game films, tournament DVDs, as well as
security.

be assured that all profits generated by your facility are being
channeled back into your community to benefit those who need it
most, the youth of your community.
Finally, this year we will be making a concerted focus on promot-
ing our facilities nationwide to help disadvantaged youth, veter-
ans, seniors, and will be making our case to become the show-
case venues for wheelchair sports as well as the Special Olym-
pics.
If you are contemplating a new facility, looking to polish up an ex-
isting facility, or are looking for a more cost effective method to
provide services to your clients or communities, give us a call.
We can become one of your most cost effective partners in Giv-
ing Back!
