Rule XII. - new wording .. After 2008

Cartellino Giallo - nessun premio e call segnalato nei risultati

2 Cartellini Gialli - (in 3 anni) nessun premio per 2 anni – se M/S tutti

Cartellino Rosso - squalifica ( log rifiutato, elencato nei risultati, nessun

premio di CQ per un periodo di 1 anno ad iniziare dalla pubblicazione della

violazione nella rivista CQ )

2 Cartellini Rossi – (in 5 anni) per 3 anni nessun premio a partire dalla

pubblicazione del secondo cartellino

Rule III - eight point Un partecipante che vuole qualificarsi per i top score della propria categoria deve

acconsentire una potenziale visita in qualsiasi momento durante il contest da parte di un

osservatore nominato dal CQWW Contest Committe (CQWW CC).

La mancanza di risposta da parte del partecipante alle richieste (del CQWW CC ) per

permettere all’osservatore di avere pieno accesso al contest qth, può causare al

partecipante la perdita della possibilità di essere premiato per 3 anni.

1. Il CQ WW CC si riserva il diritto di rifiutare qualsiasi

partecipazione che sia ritenuta inosservante delle regole

2. La violazione delle regole del contest rende il

partecipante soggetto a cartellino rosso o giallo a

discrezione del CQWW CC

3. La condotta non sportiva può essere alla base per un

cartellino rosso o giallo.

Rule XII. - six points4. Un numero di contatti o moltiplicatori inverificabili

possono essere causa di un cartellino giallo o rosso a

discrezione del CQWW CC.

5. Un partecipante è libero di ritirare il proprio log

presentato, per qualsiasi motivo prima di ricevere una

lettera officiale dal CQWW CC.

Il log sarà poi gestito come da richiesta del partecipante.Se

dopo aver ricevuto una lettera dal CQWW CC il

partecipante decide di ritirare il log, il nominativo sarà

elencato in coda ai risultati tra i log ritirati.

6. Inviando il proprio log al CQWW DX Contest, un

concorrente concorda sul fatto del cartellino rosso, giallo e

che altre decisioni del CQWW CC sono ufficiali e definitive.
