Aluminium CarcassOur Series - A aluminium locker carcasses complete with SGL, CDF or Sealwise doors ideal for high traffic and sensitive applications.

The carcass is built from an extruded anodised aluminium profile which keeps the locker 100% square and robust. The back corners have a 30mm curve to ease cleaning and maintenance.

The carcass is available in aluminium as standard with stainless steel and white on request. We can also apply an anti-microbial finish to the white carcass for use in healthcare.

Countersunk Hinges

All stainless steel hinges are flush with the SGL/ CGL door, giving a ‘hingeless’ look to the front of the locker.

Shelves1mm aluminium with 15mm square dimples and slots to assist drainage. An extruded crossbar under each shelf for maximum strength and load bearing.

Retainer Bar

Optional retainer bar to stop the door from opening beyond 90°.

Locking OptionsFor our Series - A lockers we have a variety of locks to suit varying situations and budgets. They are all compatible with SGL and are designed to have a minimal presence on the front of the door, giving an overall sophisticated and contemporary look.

Lock Options†

CAM Lock

Two options are available for either wet or dry environments. This system relies on the user keeping/ handing back the key.

Coin Return/ Retain Lock

One of the most popular lock options we offer. The system can be either coin return or retain.

Digital Lock

Eliminate the need for keys with this digital lock. Simple to use as all you need is a 4 digit code to operate the lock.

Hasp & Staple Lock

Equipped with an anti rotate system the hasp lock eliminates thieves from using the padlock to break open the door.

OTS Proximity Lock

This lock works by simply holding the proximity card, band or wellness keys (in gyms) up to the knob and pushing.

Optional ExtrasOur Series - A Lockers come with some unique and patented optional extras that you can choose from. Our optional extras allow you to customise your lockers to ensure that they are suited for your project and the environment they are to go in.

The doors can be fitted with a retaining bar to prevent the door opening beyond 90°. This feature comes into its own when the lockers are placed in high traffic, public areas as it reduces the stresses that are being exerted on the door.

Retaining Bar

Sloping Locker TopSloping tops are manufactured from 1.2mm aluminium. They prevent the accumulation of rubbish on top of the locker. The sloping top will raise the overall height of the locker by 125mm.

Cladding Panels

Aluminium Cladding Panels

We can supply you with aluminium end panels which compliment the interior of the lockers. This cladding fits flush with the return of the carcass front, making the sides a uniform level.

Matching/ Contrasting End & Top Panels

End panels are the finishing touch to your locker project. We can fabricate end panels to match any of our SGL decors.

Locker Stand With Bench

Locker PlinthThe enclosed aluminium plinth raises the lockers by 150mm. It comes with adjustable feet for uneven floors and is pre-drilled with fixing holes for floor anchoring.

For health conscious environments such as hospitals we can supply our white locker carcasses complete with an anti microbial finish. Our SGL Doors are manufactured with an antibacterial finish as standard.

Number IdentificationIf you require numbered doors then we can provide two different options. Numbers cnc’d directly into the door fronts is an option available for SGL and CDF only. pockets cnc’d for number discs are available for all three of our door material options.
