1. Rates are valid for 6 months from the date of this agreement. 2. Bookings are to be made in writing to [email protected]. 3. Bookings must include: number of guests, menu type, date and time of the
event. 4. Non Refundable Deposit: 25% of the total amount to be paid upon
confirmation of the event. 5. Final number of guests to be confirmed 48 hours before the event. 6. Full settlement of the amount due to be made via bank transfer at least 48
hours before the event. 7. Any additional beverage or food ordered will be charged based on
consumption and must be settled during the event.
