The length of the KSG l ine inf luences the s ize of Korotkoff sound, the s ize of the l ine inf luences the frequency

of a sound, and the volume is correlated with the cardiac output. When the 1st to the 3rd point peak of

Korotkoff sound is determined by contract i le force of the heart , e last ic i ty of the artery and the blood f low, and i f

there is any abnormal i ty in ei ther, i t has the trend for the start ing to become easy. Moreover, when the 3rd to

the 5th point is determined as blood-capi l lary vein (microcirculat ion) resistance, vein reservoir volume, a

coronary blood f low, etc. and i f there is any abnormal i ty in ei ther, i t has the trend for the distance to become

short . Usual ly, the 1st to the 3rd point : the 3rd to the 5th point is set to 3:2, and, as for the swan type(SW)

graph made into an ideal , the distance from the 3rd to the 5th point becomes shorter wi th aging.
