THE CEREMONY

The Cuillin Hills Hotel and grounds are an ideal setting for

your Marriage Ceremony. Our spacious front garden provides

an outstanding setting for you and your guests to celebrate

your special day.

THE DRAWING ROOM

Adjacent to the Restaurant is the Drawing Room, this

elegantly proportioned room delights with its own log re

and intimate charm. What better place to toast the bride

and groom. This room can also accommodate up to 45

guests, and with its warm dcor is an excellent room for

guests to relax and take in the sights of the Cuillin mountain

range in the distance.

THE RECEPTION ROOMS

What better venue to hold your special day. Our reception

rooms feature a tradition Scottish style whilst maintaining

a contemporary feel. These spacious rooms will ensure

your guests feel comfortable as they walk within the hotel

interior.

THE VIEW RESTAURANT:

Recently refurbished, our intimate ne dining restaurant

offers fantastic views over Portree Bay towards the CuillinMountain Range. The Restaurant is the ideal setting for a

Wedding Breakfast for up to 20 people. Enclosed within its

own private room, The View Restaurant offers guests one of

the nest dining experiences the Island has to offer.

THE CUILLIN BRASSERIE

Also recently refurbished, our Cuillin Brasserie now offers

a fantastic open plan restaurant to guests, and our extended

front-facing windows offer unmatched views of Portree Bayand the Cuillins. The two tiered room assures all guests are

able to enjoy the idyllic setting of the Cuillin Hills Hotel. This

room can sit up to 70 people for a formal meal and up to 80

for a buffet style meal.

PHOTOGRAPHS

The Cuillin Hills Hotel offers excellent and memorable photo

opportunities. There are a wide variety of locations in andaround the Hotel, such as the Restaurant, the Drawing Room,

the Staircase and the Beautiful Gardens with views of Portree

Bay and The Cuillin Mountain Range. Each location offers a

unique quality of the hotel as the backdrop to your special

day.

MENUS

Our experienced and professional Head Chef will prepare

a selection of well balanced and delicious menus for your

perusal. All ingredients are fresh, where possible, and of

the highest quality using only the very best of local produce

allowing us to present the nest of meals to you and your

guests.

DRINKS PACKAGE

Here at The Cuillin Hills Hotel we are very exible when it

comes to the drinks package. From our large bar selection toour extensive wine list we can cater for almost any requirement.

There are 3 stages throughout the day where you should

consider offering guests a drink. These would be as follows:

Arrival Drink: a drink that is offered to your guests either as

they arrive at the Hotel after the ceremony or at the Hotel after

the ceremony if you were married on the premises.

Meal Drink: There would be wine served with the meal; you

could offer wine from our wine list or choose to serve our house

wine, usually 2 or 3 glasses per person.

Toast Drink: Then nally there is the drink to toast with; this is

usually offered to guests before the speeches. We will gladly cost

your own choice of drinks package if you prefer.

The following options can be used for the arrival and toastdrinks:

Children under the age of 2 are free of charge. Children aged

between 2 and 13 will be charged at 13.50.

Canaps 45.00 per tray.

Our Chef can provide a selection of hot and cold canaps to

be served with reception drinks. We suggest that most guests

would consume 3 to 4 canaps per person.

Children under 3 years sharing with a parent is free of charge.

Children from 3 to 11 years sharing with a parent is 30.00.

All prices are per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and Full Highland Breakfast.

EXCLUSIVE USE

Exclusive use leads for an unforgettable experience. The hotel allows you to have a very private occasion with no restrictions on

the close of music. The hotel becomes your for two days.

BOOKING DETAILS

A provisional booking for a wedding will be held for a period of

3 weeks. To secure a reservation a deposit will be required. The

deposit for a wedding is 1100.00; this deposit will be deducted

from the nal balance, but in the event of cancellation is non-returnable unless another wedding is booked for the same

cancelled period.

All bedrooms will be block booked on the couples behalf and

wedding guests should contact the bride and groom to reserve

their accommodation off this allocation. Please note, however, that

any no-show guests or cancellation that is unable to be allocated

accordingly will be the full responsibility of the wedding party and

the full room rate will be applied to the Wedding account. The bride

and groom will be supplied with a detailed room-booking sheet to

aid and guide them to allocate bedrooms accordingly.

One month prior to the wedding date the hotel requires nal

numbers, rooming list, menu conrmations, welcome drinks, wine,

table plan, colour scheme, entertainment as well as an estimated

time of arrival. 3 weeks prior to the wedding date you will receive

notication of your nal pre-event invoice balance (less any

deposits already paid). This balance needs to be received by the

hotel 2 weeks prior to the event. Non-arrival of nal payment could

lead to us cancelling the event and no deposits will be refunded, due

to breaching the terms and conditions.

Any damage to the hotel will be applied to either the account of the

guest concerned or in an instance of anonymous damage to the

main wedding account.
