The success story of NationalDirectors James and MelissaBriscoe of El Dorado, KS windsback through years of varioussales and service positions –back to age 17 for James, whenhe eyed the benefits ofbuilding his own busi-ness. There was a belief,a goal to be somebody, and he knew in hisheart, network marketing would leadhim to his dreams. The connection thatclicked happened inFebruary, 2002. “For yearsI had been searching fordirection, but I needed tofind the right path. Then ithappened, a vision cameinto focus. I was meditat-ing, and I saw minerals ina water drop. I knew it was puri-fied water. I told my wife, ‘I’ve gotit, I’ve got it! We’re going to putminerals in purified water. We’regoing to help a million peoplewith their health. And, we’regoing to make a million dollars!’”exclaimed James. “A couple days later I was visiting SandyShannon, and I picked up a bot-tle from the table. It had mineral, after mineral, after mineral onthe label, and I could seethrough the clear liquid. It wasCell-Ready™ Minerals. I thought,oh, here it is! Here’s a companythat’s already done it!” Jameslearned how the Eniva productschanged the lives of Sandy’smother-in-law and her sister.Sandy explained, “She relied onoxygen, and had to sit up tosleep. With Eniva, she could lie
down, and she could breathewith ease. She improved a hun-dred percent.” James also sharedhis thoughts, “I have to tell you, just a couple of days ago I had a vision about this...” Jamesremembered Sandy’s inspiringwords, “James, I know you’regoing to be somebody great.I just know it.”James and Melissa certainly possess a special gift of connect-ing with others, and they keepthe door wide open as they helpothers develop a wellness plan.James says, “People don’t care howmuch you know until they knowhow much you care. Each personhas unique needs, and we try to sitdown and help an individual sharewhat is really happening in theirlife.” James explains it takes astrong team of people to plant
seeds, a lot of one-on-one time to nurturegrowth, and constantsupport to experiencesuccess. Credits James,“Every person makes adifference. From our peo-ple who use the productsto our big builders, theytrusted in our group andgot involved. I also wantto say THANK YOU toeach person that haspurchased Eniva productsor told others about it.”James also shares, “Enivais ‘A VINE’ spelled back-
wards. There is life in the vine. And, every time I tell peoplethis, I see their eyes light up.”When James and Melissa workwith new people, they stand on a strong base, “Our whole program, our entire group, is builton the fact Eniva products work!Integrity is a big factor, and youcan put your name behind Eniva! This business is built one brick at a time, one person at a time, across the dinner table throughfriendships and families. I wanteverybody to feel support, support, and support,” insists James.Melissa and James truly reflectthis message, “When people callus, we make time to listen andschedule a meeting to help them out. If they call and leave a message, we call them back as soon as we can.”

James explains, “If the phone is ringing and you neverreturn the call, it will stop ringing. We teach our people, ‘Don’t be afraid to take a difficult question.Don’t be afraid to say you don’t know. It is a friend-ship, not a sell. It is supplying somebody in need andhelping them.’ It’s like Elden Keyser told me, ‘Focus onthe mission, not the commission.’”There is unique strength that stems from commit-ment and a true partnership. Melissa and Jamesstand side by side and create a synergy that flows. “James and I ‘teamwork build.’ I’ll do apresentation, he’ll interject, and vice versa. We alsotag-team on health topics. I work with women’sissues while James works with people who havecellular replication issues,” says Melissa. She alsoexplains it helps to bounce things off each otherfor self-improvement. Melissa admits, “Of coursewe hit obstacles – the doubts, the need for num-bers to move upward. And in the beginning, whenJames first started Eniva I said, ‘Not another program. I don’t want to do this. It’s just emptypromises…’ I was real hesitant at first, and I resisted. When I saw the power of the products andI saw James experience success, I realized I couldbe more supportive. — ‘Eniva works!’ So, I’m herefor him as much as I can be. For spouses who maybe struggling with jumping in there a hundred percent, we struggled, too. Then, I just trusted.”
The Briscoe’s Goals: Short-term goals:pay the bills, andstill have moneyleft over. Long-term goals: collegetuition for the kids, money to pay for theirdaughter’s wed-ding, and traveling. The ultimate goal:“We want the freedom to go and do what we want,
when we want and work the business into ourlifestyle. With network marketing, we hold the key toreap significant benefits and rewards. The whole sellfor us is the residual income, and that is phenomenal;it’s beautiful. That’s our plan,” shares Melissa.
Melissa reflects, “Hitting National Director wasgreat, it was wonderful to feel the excitement withothers. And, making money is great, but the mostrewarding part is seeing families get their lovedones back. The Eniva minerals also give them theirfinances back. We may have the excitement andglory like other network marketing companies, butwe are different because our products work, andwe care about people. As long as we stick to ourroots company-wide, Eniva will skyrocket.”
With all the Eniva teammates, we congratulate you on your appointment to National Director, James and Melissa. Your example of positively impacting the lives of those you touch will forever helps us all step closer to achievingour dreams.
