General Summary

The student exchange process varies for different universities, exchange student from Mexico to another university abroad is most affected with the covenants from the college student has with other powers, both domestic and abroad. In addition, the economic provision has to be made, the conditions of student achievement student who wishes to exchange and time the student wishes to be exchange.

For this there are various institutions that support in many ways students wishing to these exchanges, scholarships for both maintenance, as with the cost of the trip itself, or processed and streamlining of the necessary documentation for the exchange, both passport as visas. All of these benefits will be depending on the university with which the exchange will be developed, as many foreign universities require a minimum of school performance to accept foreign students, students who wish to develop the exchange must have a minimum rating by the college you wish to enter and maintain that rating when it has already made the exchange. In addition to the economic, legal and academic obstacles, there are other barriers that students will reconsider make the exchange. Contextual Framework

When a student has the ability and the opportunity to take classes abroad, a process which is called "School exchange", which is sent to the student abroad to take their academic year in a different environment begins in many cases this is done because the university from which the student knows that there are better academic programs at other universities, and offer the opportunity for this to take place in another school level also learn the culture of your destination, other environment where they develop and how they behave when away from everything that was already used.

But deciding to go to an exchange is not only a decision because, as with everything, there are obstacles that must be faced.

Since deciding to study abroad not only it is unwilling or unable to do so, it is a set of "obstacles" that must be done for the student to do the exchange.

The Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León has specific requirements for this exchange program.

Besides the direct requirements demanded by the university must address the issue of passport, visa, and financing of trade, both meals, as expenses if the transfer student and some other expenses that have to be made, this would imply check the creditworthiness of the parents of the student

Consider a Bachelor Typically we as equivalent to a UK bachelors degree. A score of 8.5 from a well ranked offbeat cartoon Considered institution is comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of 7.5 is comparable to a UK Considered 2.2.

There are institutions that are responsible for making assessments universities make these listed among universities both nationally and internationally, according to the site http://www.webometrics.info/es/world, the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon is at No. 878 ° of universities worldwide, leaving much to be desired in our institution, in addition to this data, also reveals that in the presence is in place 1644 °, 1253 ° and

13

Page 14: Cultura inglesafinal 2

Excellence Impact 1475 °, this data is Clearly, there are many things to improve, but of course that is not only responsible institution, if not the students along with faculty make the whole spinning this great machine.

Nationally the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon is in fourth place, one of the best universities where you can study, only exceeded by the UNAM, UAM and UAEM.

Locally, (Nuevo Leon) there is another great university that competes at the UANL, the Tecnologico de Monterrey, this being the 7th place in the list of the 100 best universities in Mexico, seeing themselves overcome by the UANL.

Learning methods

"Curriculum Bimodal"

With new technologies come new ideas, and new methods for making the tasks we have daily, also daily created new ways to realizer each task we have in our daily lives.

The Curriculum Bimodal is a learning method that has been taking place in recent years in different countries from all continents.

This method of learning is to allow the student to use their notes on all the tasks you are given, whether exams, papers or other proof that he put the students.

Added to this, the student may Utilizer different means of information to others in only his notes, the internet.

The internet has become great source of information, which is strange not find what you are looking for, and this method of learning is to let students use this source of information.

For this, the student must have efficiency when searching all requested information and should take time to lower search results, know where to look and when to switch source or page, is one of the skills that the student must have not to have died between Product search, this information time.

"They learn more, and 90% of the pilot schools have also improved the scores of students who regularly get letters between 4 and 7; Students usually suspended still working have also improved, but in this case only 77% of the centers. " These are the results of research on "Curriculum Bimodal and school failure", developed between 2011 and 2013 in 30 centers in Spain and Latin America under the direction of Dr. Pere Marques (director of the research group "Teaching, Innovation Multimedia ", linked to the UAB) through an agreement of Telefónica.y the Autonomous University of Barcelona Foundation.

14

Page 15: Cultura inglesafinal 2

In research, which has involved about 3,000 students and 150 teachers from 30 schools in Spain, Peru, Mexico and Argentina, is to promote educational innovation in schools, reduce school failure and improve training for ALL students . It proposes to organize a curriculum rich in creative and applicative activities, promotes documentary consultation and ICT support for practical activities, while ensuring comprehensive memorization of fundamental knowledge through systematic implementation of appropriate activities. And the "Curriculum Bimodal" identifies and clearly separates knowledge that students must memorize and skills to be acquired, considering in each case differentiated learning and assessment methodologies.

With these new methods of learning and its promising results, do not doubt that more institutions will be attracted by this method of learning, we hope that our University him a chance and see that new learning meted involving internet, are efficient.

Results

I will get to know a little school exchange process, knowing some of the universities with which the UANL has agreements to do so. In addition, the requirements involved realizer want this exchange, and the methods to correspond, such as maintaining certain grade, as well as the method of payment and the economic situation of the student to know whether or not you can afford the expenditure of such magnitude.

Concluciones

Entering further information exchange, it reached the conclucion the UANL puts many obstacles so that a student can realizer an exchange, there should be more opportunities for more students can also perform them the payments have to give, they are not helping the university, this only provides "pay" for the student to pay them more "comfort" for the remainder of his career, I concluded that there should be more opportunities and more help for students they can make the exchange, since there are many young people who can not afford the expense, but they are very capable of being able to study abroad, and conditions such as money, should not be a factor for a student can not give full academic potential.
