Next Steps - Recommendations

Move ahead with finalizing cumulative impact tool at the state level and develop implementation policies for permitting and resource allocation

Develop policy tools at the local level to promote cumulative impacts approach in planning and zoning

Implement action strategies that alleviate cumulative burdens – PM 2.5 standards, diesel retrofits, brownfields clean ups, greenspaces, etc.
