First of all we wish you, of course, all the best for 2011. Have you used the Holidays to reflect on 2010 and make plans for 2011 as well?

We are looking back on a most successful

2010. We are doing well within the inter-

national RE/MAX organisation too. Of our

9 sales associates, no less than 6 have

won Awards based on their sales results.

Moreover, we were once again in the top

five performing agencies for the Caribbean

and Central America.

We are all thrilled for 2011. We have a few

upcoming new development projects that

look most promising. We hope to share a bit

more about these in the next issue.

AOL, one of the worlds largest internet

providers that also manages an extreme-

ly well-visited portal website, has fea-

tured Curaçao number 7 in its top 10

of “Hottest Destinations” for 2011.

AOL raves about our remarkable pastel

shaded architecture, our impressive diving

locations, the blossoming eco tourism and

the quality of the accommodations. Also,

during the Tourism Expo, in Utrecht, The

Netherlands, Curaçao was mentioned as

one of the most popular flight-destinations.

With Curaçao becoming a more valued and

popular vacation destination, demand for

vacation rentals will increase as well. Maybe

2011 will be the year that you start investing

in a vacation home to rent out, or the year to

further expand on your portfolio.
