US History⦿Year long course- starting from

Colonization to as close to present day as we can get

⦿Mixture of class discussions, lectures, and projects

⦿It is required for graduation, therefore it is an EOC course.

⦿EOC will count 20% of final grade.• 1st semester- 40%, 2nd semester- 40% and

EOC-20% = Final Grade

Classroom Expectations⦿American Vision, 2011⦿All students should come to class

prepared and ready to learn.⦿Be respectful at all times⦿Complete all assignments on time

• Late work policy- can make up any work as long as we are still in the same unit, for a lesser grade⦿Re-teach/Re-assess

• Student has the opportunity to make up a failing grade on a summative assignment, with max score of 70.
