b) I was awarded a certificate of merit by the Faculty of Agriculture, Universityof Nigeria, Nsukka for my outstanding contribution to the Faculty as Head ofDepartment in 2007.

c) I won the students’ sponsorship award to attend Nutrition Society of NigeriaConference during the Silver Jubilee Anniversary of the Nutrition Society ofNigeria (NSN). The award was based on the papers presented at the NSNconference held at Calabar in 1992.
