The Past five years I was contracted by IBM as Technical solution manager and senior Project manager on their outsourcing contract with ABN AMRO Netherlands and International (EMEA, South America’s and Asia Pacific), mainly on infrastructure projects combined with application implementation and migrations, where the knowledge of vendor management, stakeholder management, CISO, standard bank processes for IT Services, IT solutions and architecture played a primary role in all projects. Due to technical content of the projects I am familiar with many applications, middleware, storage & backup products, operating systems and platforms. Both IBM and ABN AMRO are strong ITIL driven organizations which added to my ITIL framework experience. I have also led operational process change and business improvement projects within IBM. Both previously to and during my assignment at IBM and ABN AMRO I was involved in Service Delivery from Service management, system management and service desk perspective. I prefer to use a coaching management style to guide teams, however I can adapt to a situational management style when needed. I easily adjust to organization culture when needed, as well as drive culture change when requested. My experience and skills has made me a “go to person” for revival of derailed and crashed projects within a technical, process and change scope.
