Personal Outline I am a senior commercial property operative based in Dubai. I have significant experience in major office and mixed-use projects for a diverse range of institutions and private investors on assets valued between $250 - $500 Million AUD. UAE Experience I have spent the last 6 months in the UAE familiarizing myself with the local business environment. I have run a small consulting firm conducting Free Zone Licensing, which has given me insight into business practices in the UAE. I am familiar with all UAE business Zones including the permitted business activities and the fundamentals behind the creation of the various Free Zones. - Identified that Macquarie required new premises and devised a strategy to sell rather than lease the aforementioned buildings, allowing the end purchaser to purchase the building, do a bespoke refurbishment and use their covenant to improve the overall value estimated at $300M AUD.
