Sharon provides real estate advisory services in the fields of market research and analysis, downtown and community development, urbanism and placemaking, and land use economics. Sharon Woods is the Principal and founder of LandUseUSA | Urban Strategies, a professional

consulting firm that serves the entire United States from its offices in central Michigan. Sharon has

Sharon provides real estate advisory services in the fields of market research and analysis,
