Overview

I have worked for KPM(UK) since leaving school in 1989 and after completing a 4 year Time Served

Apprenticeship have had many roles within the company ranging from machine setter/operator to Quality

Assurance Engineer. I have worked in a Quality role on and off since 1999 and feel that I have reached my

full potential at KPM(UK) and I am looking for a new challenge to utilize all the skills and experience I

have gained during my working career at KPM(UK)

Experience Quality Assurance Engineer / Customer Acceptance Line Team Leader (2011 –To Date)

Roles and Responsibilities

Data entry and Analysis of Pumps defects.

Produce End of Month Reports (Ponc, Scrap, RTS).

Introduce and support Scrap reduction initiative within Pumps Assembly and Pumps Machine Shop

areas, produce monthly BOS reports and action lists.

Implement Customer Acceptance Line in Pumps Assembly, produce weekly BOS report and drive

back corrective actions to reduce customer PPM at KPM(UK).

Quality liaison for Pumps Assembly and Production.

Support production with regards to Quality issues.

Support Training Officer with regards to QA Equipment and Inspection training for operators.

Monitor individual and Machine performance (OEE, SPC, TPM and OMC) on an hourly basis.

Assess, advise and assist with issues such as Setting, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering

as they occur.

Provide clear shift change communication of issues that occur during the shift.

Data entry and analysis of Time and Attendance, OEE, SAP order control and Defects

Attend weekly production meetings and provide monthly Team brief meetings.

Address disciplinary issues as per KPM procedures.

Perform Risk assessments to ensure safe working environments for all N/Shift personnel and issue

relevant PPE.
