Regra/exemplo:
Para adjetivo com três ou mais sílabas, forma-se o Comparativo com "more" (mais ou mais do que...) e o Superlativo com "most" (o mais de todos) . Assim você pode comparar entre várias coisas usando o formato:
Mais (palavras com 3 sílabas.) do que ............
O Mais (palavras com 3 silabas.). Sara é linda. Hellen é mais bonita do que Sara. Mas Sabrina é a mais linda de todas. Jack é muito popular. Jill é mais popular do que Jack. Mais James é o mais popular deles.

2.001 = Two thousand and one
1.776 = Seventeen seventy-six
1.312 = Thirteen twelve
1.792 = Seventeen ninety-two
Regra/exemplo:
AS DATAS SÃO LIDAS DIFERENTES DOS NÚMEROS
"A América foi descoberta em 1.492 e o Brasil em 1.500"
Isso porque não se trata de um numeral, mas de uma data.
A palavra "hundred" só é pronunciada quando a data termina em zeros ( como 1.500 = fifteen hundred)
Lê-se como se fosse duas dezenas:
Como se observa, basta separar os algarismos de dois pares de números. 1960 – nineteen sixty (lido nayn-tin siksti)

1. Much = (muito) - antes de substantivo incontável, sempre no singular.
2. Many = (muitos, muitas) - algo que pode contar e antes de adjetivo na comparação:

4. Very Much = (muito) - depois de verbo e seu complemento:
5. Too = (também) - no final da frase significa demais
Too = Antes de much ou many (significa demais), antes de little (significa menos)
6. Enough = (suficiente) - antes de substantivo singular ou plural:
7. Little = (pouco, pouca) usado com substantivos incontáveis, portanto, no singular.

Negativa: I/you/ they/etc. + did not + verbo na forma infinitiva
