1. CURTAIN WALL :

2. APPLICATION: Developed for use in public buildings, schools,

hospitals, universities, office blocks and factories.

1. DEFINITION:

A curtain wall system is an outer covering of a

building in which the outer walls are non-structural,

but merely keep the weather out and the occupants in.

The curtain wall facade does not carry any dead load

weight from the building other than its own dead

load weight

A) laminated safeted glass:

Made in the form of a sandwich consisting of an interlayer

of transparent plastic material such as celluloid between

two sheets of plate or sheet glass.

When one or both sheets of this composite material are

broken the glass adheres to the inter layer so that there is

no danger from the flying fragments.

b :)Tempered or Toughened Glass

Tempered glass is an extremely strong glass which is

heat treated to a uniform temperature of

approximately 650C and rapidly cooled.

If a deep scratch or an impact penetrates the surface,

the glass will break into a number of small particles.

c) soundproof glass:Glass can transmit noise by mechanical

vibration and through air

leaks associated with the glass .

The practical noise control measures are

limited by the properties of glass and other

glazing materials.

As sound is an air-borne phenomenon, noise

control measures can also be strongly

affected by the airtightness of the glass.

CURTAIN GLASS:

Door panels are constructed from , or 10 12 15mm

toughened glass 118mm high x 40mm with wide aluminum

top and bottom rails. Rails are hinged together with

custom design stainless steel hinges.

The specification of aluminum frame less glass curtain wall profile is of

1:Profile: A:Alloy:Aluminium 6063-T5. B:Thickness:1.4mm-3.0mm. C:Finishing:Anodized Sliver or Bronze/Powder Coated Any Color Electrophoresis Sliver&Champagne/PVDF

2:Glass:A: Glass curtain wall with different glass thickness and layer :B:Color:Tinted(Grey/Green/Blue/Tea/or the others) or clearC:Special:Low-E Glass/Reflected Glass/Tempered Glass/Float Glass/Art Glass

TYPES OF GLASS:

SPANDREL PANEL :

PURPOSE:

Hide areas of your building construction

with spandrel glass. It is combining with

normal vision units to create an effect

that your building is constructed totally

of glass.

DEFINITION:

Spandrel Glass is a heat-processed glass

with ceramic frit permanently fused to the

surface of the glass. Since it is tempered or

heat-strengthened glass, the spandrel glass

is five or two times stronger than annealed

glass and more resistant to uniform loading

pressures and thermal stresses.
