• The $19.99 monthly fee can be cancelled at anytime. There is NO yearly contract. Upon cancellation of your Account Executive Membership, you will lose the ability to earn commissions on personal sales and bonuses on team sales.

• With Vodaplex, you are NOT required to purchase a starter kit. • Also, you are NOT required to purchase any equipment.

Step 3. Start building your sales team.

After purchasing your Account Executive Membership, you will receive your Vodaplex ID (a 5 digit #) and have full access to the Vodaplex back office web site. Invite your colleagues, friends, and acquaintances to join your team by providing them your Vodaplex ID and have them repeat Steps 1 – 3.

National Director

Requirements:

•Earn 100 additional Vodaplex Credits after promoting to STM•No more than 50 Vodaplex Credits from 1 leg •Maintain 4 active personal customer sales

As a National Director, you will receive bonuses of up to 25% on the sales volume of everyone on your ND team. (10% for ND + 10% for STM + 5% for ND) (See Bonus Chart for details). On your personal sales, you will earn 63% of the sales volume.

When you have $5,000 in monthly ND Team Volume, you will earn 3% Generational Overrides on the sales volume of up to 6 generations of downline ND’s or above.

National Director

Requirements:

•Earn 100 additional Vodaplex Credits after promoting to STM•No more than 50 Vodaplex Credits from 1 leg •Maintain 4 active personal customer sales

This pool is shared among qualified Senior National Directors proportionally based on one’s Monthly ND Team Volume. The larger your Monthly ND Team Volume, the greater your share of this pool!

Senior National Director

Requirements:

•Meet ND Requirements•Have $10,000 ND Team Volume for the month. •Have 3 ND Legs.

As a Senior National Director, you can participate in the Profit Sharing Pool into which 4% of sales volume from sales made by all AE, TM, STM, ND, and SND. To participate, have $10,000 or more in ND Team Volume each month.

This pool is shared among qualified Senior National Directors proportionally based on one’s Monthly ND Team Volume. The larger your Monthly ND Team Volume, the greater your share of this pool!

Account Executive

Requirements: Make 1 Personal Sale and you will have earned the rank of Account Executive. Thereafter, you will earn a 38% commission on the sales volume of each additional personal sale.

Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB)

When you develop and maintain 1 active personal customer and recruit resellers into your business, you will receive an 5% Customer Acquisition Bonus on each sale made by your personally enrolled resellers.

Account Executive

Requirements: Make 1 Personal Sale and you will have earned the rank of Account Executive. Thereafter, you will earn a 38% commission on the sales volume of each additional personal sale.

Compensation Plan – Definitions

Definitions

• Sale – Represents the sale of one or more Vodaplex products for which Vodaplex receives $225 or more from our vendor while our vendor will receive recurring revenue on a 2 year term.

• Vodaplex Credit – one sale equals one Vodaplex Credit. (See Vodaplex Product Compensation Sheet for a listing of products with the corresponding Vodaplex Credit value).

• Customer Sale – A sale to an individual or company who is not an Independent Vodaplex Representative (also known as a reseller).

• Personal Sale – A sale that you personally make to a customer or reseller. A personal sale is not made by one of your downline representatives.

• Sales Volume – The compensation received by Vodaplex from a vendor which is the basis for payment of commissions and bonuses to Independent Vodaplex Representatives.

• Personal Sales Volume – The sales volume generated from the personal sales of an Independent Vodaplex Representative.

• Monthly ND Team Volume – The sum of your personal sales volume and the personal sales volume of all of your downline representatives down to but excluding National Directors or above and their downline representatives.

• Sponsor – The Vodaplex Representative that introduced you to Vodaplex. When you registered and completed your application, you identified your sponsor by providing his or her Vodaplex ID to complete the form.

• Leg – A leg consists of a personally enrolled Independent Vodaplex Representative and all Independent Vodaplex Representatives enrolled by him or her, and their personally enrolled representatives, etc.

• ND Leg – An ND leg is a leg that contains at least one National Director or above.

• Vodaplex ID – After you purchased your Account Executive Membership you received a 5 Digit ID. Give this number to prospective recruits so that they identify you as the Sponsor on their application form When you call into support, the Vodaplex Representative may ask you for your Vodaplex ID so that they can identify you in the system.

Getting Started

After purchasing your $19.99 monthly Account Executive membership, you will have access to the back office, the support staff, and training classes and materials.

What is a Sale?

A sale is a transaction that generates a payment of $225 from a vendor to Vodaplex where the sale includes a 2-year commitment to our vendor’s service. Each sale generates 1 Vodaplex Credit. The following are examples of qualifying sales categorized by vendor.

CLEAR : Pick 2, Pick3, Get 2, Get 3, 3G/4G Card

DirecTV : Choice Ultimate Package and install

Sprint : 3G/4G Card, EVO 4G Phone (requires 4G data plan)

Step 1 - Account Executive (AE) – Get Paid 2 Ways

Personal Sales Commissions – 38%

Beginning with your second sale, as an Account Executive you will earn a 38% Account Executive commission on all of your personal sales to customers and resellers. Upon your first sale, the commission is paid to your sponsor. When you choose to build a team, you will earn the 38% Account Executive commission on the first sale by each of your personally enrolled resellers.

Customer Acquisition Bonus – 5%

When you have one active “customer sale”, you will earn an 5% Customer Acquisition Bonus on each sale made by your personally enrolled Independent Vodaplex Representatives. A customer sale is a sale to an individual or company that is not in the Vodaplex business. Note the 5% bonus does not expire and will apply for as long as the recruit continues to make sales!

Compensation Plan – Account Executive

TIP #1: As an Account Executive you should set a goal to perform the following in weeks 1 and 2. •Learn the Compensation Plan in detail. The better you understand it, the better you will understand how to work it to your advantage.•Attend the weekly training classes and learn the techniques for how to sell and enter orders for the various Vodaplex Products•In the Back Office application, review the FAQ, Training, Products, and Documentation section•Get yourself familiar with the “Vodaplex Policy and Procedures” document.•Make your first sale so that you will be paid on your second and subsequent sale.•Make your first “customer sale” to qualify to earn Customer Acquisition Bonuses.

TIP #2: As an Account Executive, set a goal to become Territory Manager by week 6. You can accomplish this:

•By making 3 personal sales each week, during weeks 3,4,5 and 6 •Work smarter not harder and build out your team. Recruit 3 sales reps in week 3 and have each one of them make 1 sale a week during your weeks 4, 5, and 6. This will also have the benefit of you receiving an additional 5% CAB Bonus on every sale they make for life!

Step 2 - Territory Manager (TM) – Get Paid 3 Ways

Personal Sales Commissions – 43%

On personal sales, Territory Managers earn 43% of the sales volume. They earn a 38% AE bonus and a 5% TM Bonus.

TM Bonuses – 5%

As a Territory Manager you will earn a 5% TM Bonus on all sales made by members of your TM Team. Your TM team consists of all downline representatives down to but excluding those with a rank of Territory Manager or above and their downlines.

Personal Sales Commissions – 53%

On personal sales, Senior Territory Managers earn 53% of the sales volume. They earn a 38% AE commission, a 5% TM commission and a 10% STM commission.

STM Bonuses – 10%

As a Senior Territory Manager you will earn a 10% STM Bonus on all sales made by members of your STM Team. Your STM team consists of all downline representatives down to but excluding those with a rank of Senior Territory Manager or above and their downlines

ND Team Volume is the sum of all of your personal sales volume and the personal sales volume of all downline Vodaplex Representatives down to but excluding those with a rank of National Director or above.

National Directors who meet the ND Team Volume requirement ($5,000 per month in sales volume) are eligible to earn Generation Overrides of 3% upon the sales volume of each sale generated from up to 6 generations of downlline ND’s and above.

Generation Pool Bonuses

ND Team Volume is the sum of all of your personal sales volume and the personal sales volume of all downline Vodaplex Representatives down to but excluding those with a rank of National Director or above.

Senior National Directors who meet the ND Team Volume requirement ($5,000 per month in sales volume) are eligible to share in the Generation Pool Bonuses. These are bonuses paid upon the sales volume of each sale generated from up to 6 generations of downlline ND’s and above. This pool is funded with 18% of these revenues.

SND Profit Sharing Pool Bonuses

4% of the sales volume of every sale by all Independent Vodaplex Representatives with a rank of AE,TM, STM, ND and SND is captured every month and placed into a special Profit Sharing Pool. This pool is only available to Senior National Directors, each of whom has a monthly ND Team Volume of $10,000 or more.

The SND Profit Sharing Pool is divided proportionally based on the ND Team Volume of each participant..
