1. Home

Open the KISAN RATH App in device to access the application, home page will appear as shown in figure

below:

Then the user will be redirected to the Language Selection screen where he/she can choose a language

for the Mobile Application .

Choose your preferred language and click on “Next” Button.

Login screen will be displayed as shown in screen below.

2. Registration

To register the account, click on “Register” link, following screen will be displayed.

Here registration can be done for four Users, vis-a-vis Farmer, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPO),

Traders and Service Providers.

Select your Role and fill value in the required fields.

2.1 Registration as Farmer

PM-KISAN beneficiaries to select “Registered on PM-KISAN” and enter Aadhaar number along with other

details.

After entering the mobile number, click on “Generate OTP” .The OTP will be sent to entered

mobile number via SMS.

Fill in the OTP received for verification of mobile number.

Select one category between Rural or Urban

If category is chosen as Rural then following fields have to be filled: State, District, Block/Tehsil

and Village.

If category is chosen as Urban then following fields have to be filled : State, District, Town .

After filling all the required fields, click on “Register” to proceed.

A default password is sent to Registered Mobile Number as SMS and user-id will be the

registered mobile number.

Note: - Upon first login, user is required to change the Password received after registration.

For one mobile number you can register only once.

2.2 Registration as FPO

Click on FPO, Registration form would be displayed as shown in screen below:

Enter FPO Name

Enter Contact Person name

Enter Mobile Number

After entering the mobile number, click on “Generate OTP” .The OTP will be sent to entered

mobile number via SMS.

Fill in the OTP received for verification of mobile number.

Select State , district from drop down

User can view all the Mandis of selected district ,on Mandi Popup as shown in screen below:

Select Mandi name(s).

User can also search the particular Mandi with the help of Search facility as given

Enter Address

Enter Pincode

Select Commodity Group from Commodity popup as shown in screen below:

Select Commodity name for selected Commodity Group

All commodity list will display on popup screen as shown in screen below:

After filling all the required fields, click on “Register” to proceed.

A default password is sent to Registered Mobile Number as SMS and user-id will be the

registered mobile number as shown in screen below:

Note: - Upon first login, user is required to change the Password received after registration.

For one mobile number you can register only once.

2.3 Registration as Trader

Click on Trader, Registration form would be displayed as shown in screen below:

Select either Company or Individual.

Enter details.

After entering the mobile number, click on “Generate OTP” .The OTP will be sent to entered

mobile number via SMS.

Fill in the OTP received for verification of mobile number.

Select one category between Rural or Urban

After filling all the required fields, click on “Register” to proceed, user will get a confirmation

message popup as shown in screen below:

A default password is sent to Registered Mobile Number via SMS and user-id will be the

registered mobile number.

Note: - For one mobile number you can register only once. Upon first login, user is required to change

2.4 Registration as Service Provider

Click on Service Provider tab, Registration form would be displayed as shown in screen below:

Select type of Service Provider : Agency or Individual.

Enter details.

After entering the mobile number, click on “Generate OTP” .The OTP will be sent to entered

mobile via SMS.

Fill in the OTP received for verification of mobile number

Enter Email

Select one category between Rural or Urban

If category is chosen as Rural then following fields have to be filled: State, District, Block/Tehsil

and Village.

If category is chosen as Urban then following fields have to filled : State, District, Town .

Fill PAN number.

Select State(s) of operation from State of Operations popup as shown in screen below:

After filling all the required fields, click on “Register” to proceed.

A default password is sent to Registered Mobile Number via SMS and user-id will be the

registered mobile number.

Note:- For one mobile number user can register only once. Upon first login, user is required to change

the password received after registration.

3. Login

Login functionality would be same for all users as mentioned below:

A. Farmer

B. FPO

C. Trader

D. Service Provider

There are two options to login into the App which have been mentioned here:

OTP Based Login -User have to enter OTP which is received on Registered Mobile Number after

clicking on “Generate OTP”.

Password Based Login -Users have to enter their Password.

4. Login as Farmer

To login as Farmer, user have to select radio button of Farmer as shown in screen below:

After login as Farmer, Farmer’s Dashboard would be displayed as shown in screen below:

Upon clicking on navigation bar, following menu would be displayed as shown in screen below:-

4.1 Load Request List

Users can select “Load Request List” from the menu or from the dashboard. Here the users can view

their request history details along with responses received (if any) for their requests. Users can also view

details of Service Providers who have responded to their requests:

User can view response received for the posted load requests as shown in screen below:

4.2 Post a Load

Here users would select values from Dropdown based on category of transportation of AgriProduce eg:

whether the transportation is required from Farm to Mandi, Mandi to Mandi etc and click on “Next”

button to proceed.

Fill all the details as shown in following two screens and click on “Send Enquiry” button :

Upon Clicking on Send Enquiry button, when request would be submitted a confirmation

message will be displayed as shown in screen below:

Users can view their Posted Load requests details as shown in screen below:

4.3 Feedback & Rating

Here users can give Rating to Service Provider and submit Remarks based on quality of service rendered

by the Service Providers . When user clicks on Feedback & Rating tab following screen will be displayed.

4.4 Profile

By clicking on Profile link, user’s Profile page would be displayed as shown in screen below:

On this page, User can view/edit his/her profile details. Mobile Number field cannot be edited.

5. Login as FPO

After logging in as an FPO, FPO’s dashboard would be displayed as shown in screen below:

Upon clicking on navigation bar, following menu would be displayed -

5.1 Load Request List

Users can select “Load Request List” from the menu or from the dashboard. Here the users can view

their request history details along with responses received (if any) for their requests. Users can also view

details of Service Providers who have responded to their requests:

5.2 Post a Load

6. Login as Trader

After login as Trader, Trader’s dashboard would be displayed as shown in screen below:

6.1 Load Request List

6.2 Post a Load

Here users would select values from Dropdown based on category of transportation of AgriProduce eg:

Click on next button, Post a Load form would be opened where user fill their entire information.

Upon Clicking on Send Enquiry button, when request would be submitted a confirmation

message would be displayed as shown in screen below:

6.3 Feedback & Rating

Here users can give Rating to Service Provider and submit Remarks based on quality of service rendered

by the Service Providers . When user clicks on Feedback & Rating tab following screen will be displayed.

7. Login as Service Provider

After login as Service Provider, dashboard would be displayed as shown in screen below:

Upon clicking on navigation bar, following menu would be displayed: -

7.1 Received Request

Here the Service Provider can view other users' Load Requests along with options to Accept/Reject the

request and to directly make a call to the Requester to enquire more about the request.

User can select the Vehicle Type and Request type to view Received Requests.

7.2 Onboard Vehicle

Here service provider shall fill the vehicle details as shown in screen below:

Select Vehicle Type

Select hiring cost (per km ) in Rupees either for per metric ton or for per Vehicle.

Enter hiring cost

Enter number of vehicles

Capture the vehicle picture

Confirmation message popup will display after submitting the vehicle details as shown in screen

below:

Vehicle details would be displayed on Onboard Vehicle screen as shown in screen below:

By clicking on plus icon user can add more vehicle details.

7.3 Profile

By clicking on Profile link, user’s Profile page would be displayed as shown in screen below:

On this page,User can view/edit his/her profile details. Mobile Number field cannot be edited.

8. Change Password

To change password, enter the following details: -

Existing Password

New Password

Reenter New Password

Click on submit button, password would get changed.

Click on OK, logged in user’s password will be changed successfully.

9. Forgot Password

Provision of forgot password is provided on login page.If user doesn’t remember password then through

“Forgot Password” he/she can retrieve password.

Click on “Forgot Password” link, popup will open as shown in screen below:

Enter Registered Mobile No.

Click on Request button.

User will receive password on their registered mobile number via SMS. The received password has

to be changed after login.

10. User Manual

On clicking on User Manual link , user would be redirected to User Manual Page of Kisan Rath as shown

in screen below:

This page would be same for all users.

11. Contact Us

By clicking on Contact Us link, contact details would be displayed as shown in screen below:

This page would be same for all users.

12. Help Video

By clicking on Help Video link, Video Clip would be started to run as shown in screen below:

13. Disclaimer

By clicking on Disclaimer link, user can read the Disclaimer of Kisan Rath.

Login page itself has links for both User Manual and Disclaimer.

14. Logout

With the help of this ,user can logout from the application.

Click on Logout from navigation bar, following screen will be shown :

By clicking on Yes, user will get logged out from the application.

By clicking on Cancel, Logout operation will be cancelled and user will not get Logged out from the

application.
