Custom Service Loopsfor the Drilling Industry

Encased Service LoopsGaffney-Kroese manufactures and assembles a wide variety of encased service loops for the drill rig industry. At our Houston oilfield facility we offer power and control encased loops as well as hydraulic service loops for fluid and pneumatic service.

Our experience includes production of replacement loops for LeTourneau, National, Tesco, BPM and other top drive manufacturers. As a supplier and service provider we know the necessity for quick turn around of all quotations and orders. With parts, components and assemblies in stock we offer short lead times and quick deliveries. Additionally, we can accommodate most emergency requirements.

As part of the quotation and approval process we are able to offer drawings and detailed parts lists as required.

Ladder Style Service LoopsWe offer ladder style service loop assemblies in custom configurations manufactured in our Houston oilfield facility. In developing this product we have worked extensively with experts and actual users in the field to provide enhancements over traditional designs. This process has resulted in field proven products that address user concerns and can be adapted to the requirements of most any situation.

These ladder style supports can be used for all types of cable including power, control and fiber optic, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic hoses.

Our inventory and in house manufacturing allow for quick delivery and rapid response to critical requirements.

Our features include:

• Two sets of rope supports allowing for bracket separation while hanging in the derrick

• Deeper brackets increasing cable protection

• Padded spacers and molded fasteners for increased cable life

• Customizable brackets that can quickly be redesigned to fit any application
