Five attachments in one – the brilliant solution for the quickand easy change of attachments!

Change of attachments without time-consuming conversion of the machine: this is the ultimate solution for efficient sewing. With the help of a fastening element, the swivel rail

N800 V94421, up to 5 various attachments can be changed quickly and easily. This savestime and consequently costs. The following guiding aids can be combined with this solution:• Swivable welting guide for sewing welts and normal sewing without time-consuming

converting of the machine• L/h or r/h holding guide (retainer guide) with notches, adjustable for various retainer

Programmable edge guides – for reproducible seam distances

Single-axis and double-axis electronic edge guides enable the automatic positioning ofindividually programmable distances and heights in each seam segment, thus reducingset-up times and increasing process reliability.

Depending on the application, time savings of up to 20% can be achieved in your pro-duction. Attaching leather labels, topstitching of upholstery leather for the decorativedesign of home upholstery covers or attaching straps in the manufacturing of handbagsare only a few examples for programmable edge guides.

Sewing welts and normal sewing without machine conversion by

swivable welting guide according to N093

• Welt, welt jacket, top and bottom material can be guided and processed in oneoperation (even spacious radii)

• The tape width can be set from 20 – 40 mm in no time; with the correspondingsewing sets it is possible to process welt diameters of 3 – 7 mm

• Swivable welt guide allows normal sewing after changing of presser foot andfeeding foot

• Precise pricking of the welt with top and bottom material• The welt groove is integrated one half each in the presser foot and in the

feeding foot• Different materials can be sewn• Depending on the model, a time saving of 35% to 45% in production can be

achieved with this processing method• In addition to the efficient work process in welting fabrication, the visual appear-

ance is also optimised – no visible seams of the prepared work steps when up-holstering the welting seam
