Businesses are embracing newer technologies, utilising cloud-based solutions for email, storage and backup. Despite moving functions into the cloud, businesses remain confident their data and networks remain secure
Social media is a key marketing tool used by businesses to broaden their audience and generate leads and revenue. However, it is concerning that businesses are not putting in place protocols for SM usage nor have they made plans or strategies for their digital marketing efforts.

Businesses are looking to continually renew their hardware but remain pragmatic about the level of investment undertaken – especially given the average age of IT is over 2 years old.
Businesses are embracing cloud computing and as costs come down and internet speeds pick up, we should expect to see more uptake in the future.
