Our ‘niche” in the food service/hospitality placement of temporary and/or permanent placement staffing has proven that we are qualified to fill many positions for any client, from fast food, dishwashers, concessions, prep/line workers, busser(s), cooks/chefs, banquet servers, bartenders, and more.

Lisa Rizzo™ successfully designed and implemented the first food service/hospitality
staffing agency in Minnesota in 1998. After a short period away and after numerous requests from both past employers/employees, combined with the need for her expertise & knowledge in the food service/hospitility staffing, Lisa has returned and launched her new joint venture, Crème de la Crème Staffing, in late fall 2008.
