Customer Story Tool is a centralized database of customer success information Partner stories are classified by Primary Implementation Partner Stories are reviewed by Marketing for website, PR and speaking opportunities!

We use Chatter & create assets to provide more visibility for your stories internally

Stories are widely promoted on Chatter, through various Chatter Groups Insights Into Customer Innovation eBook, showcases the DF12 Partner Innovation Award winners and 32 other stories submitted by Cloud Alliance partners (internal only asset, not distributed outside of salesforce.com)

NOTE: The team will review your submission and let you know if it is NOT approved. If you do not hear from anyone, you can

assume the story was approved.

Approval Criteria – What are the DOs

•  Complete template and survey fully •  Describe the business challenges faced and solution

implemented in detail

•  Provide enough detail for others to be able to understand and re-tell the story

•  Provide any quantitative results/metrics achieved

•  The more details the better!

•  Sharing guidelines questions must be answered
