Customer supportWith Customer support, you can:

• Raise a support enquiry regarding your products or services

• See a list of your open enquiries, track their progress and stay in touch with us about your enquiry

Select ‘Customer support’ from the dashboard or side menu.

You will receive an enquiry number on screen, which you can use to track its status.

Your question will be responded to within 24 hours. Customer support operates between 8AM - 7PM AEST, Monday - Friday except public holidays.

Select ‘Track support enquiries’ to see a list of enquiries that have been raised for your company. Use the filter to view enquiries by status. To view more details, including their status and latest activity, select an enquiry number.

Select an enquiry to view more detail. In the activity feed, you can add comments, view comments from agents and observe any status updates.

2 Select the category relating to your enquiry from the drop-down menu and fill out the required fields, then hit ‘Submit enquiry’.
