The story of Maatouk Roastery begins in Downtown Beirut in 1960 by Mahmoud Maatouk a connoisseur and co�ee enthusiast.
In 2009 Maison Samira Maatouk expanded its production facility to state-of-art facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Maatouk have over 50 years of expertise in selecting the best beans, blending and roasting of co�ee.
Our commitment to quality is tested millions of times every day by millions of co�ee lovers around the world.
In 1960 Mahmoud Maatouk; a pioneered co�ee enthusiast, inaugurated the first Maatouk Maison du Café in Azarieh, Downtown Beirut.
The café specialized in freshly roasted premium co�ee with uniquely distinguished blends and became widely acclaimed for its outstanding brew.

THERESOURCES
Once roasted to perfection and ground it goes instantly to fresh preserving packaging, using “bi- Nitrogeninert” and the one way degassing valve which is the most advanced packaging technology, to retain the rich aroma and taste ensuring its authenticity and unique flavor until it is opened.
Once selected from the best lands in the world, the beans are imported via trusted and controlled transportation systems directly to Maatouk Factories’ purposely built warehouses, keeping it under high quality assured environmental standards.
Cup tasting is an integral phase of the quality assurance process. Each production batch undergoes tight tests in the laboratory by highly trained experts to ensure it meets the pre-set high standards of quality, taste and aroma.

Mahmoud Maatouk started the business in 1960 but Samira Maatouk expanded the Concept into a modern Business Model that could be Franchised Globally.However, maintaining a balanced blend between the old and the new Age, catering to the loyal co�ee drinker as well as customizing signature blends for the newgeneration.
