Launching new projects with the focus on lipcare but also other oil-and-wax-blend products

Developing target-group-specific formulas: conventional and natural cosmetics, with and without SPF, active ingredients to support a desired product claim, taking into consideration desired certifications (e.g. vegan, halal, Fairtrade, NATRUE, COSMOS)

Regular communication with expert partners and training on raw material development, legal frameworks and product safety

Two production lines (lip balm filling machines) operated on a shift system

Filling of bulk manufactured by KHK or provided by the customer after prior testing

Batch coding using KHK's batch system or according to the customer's own requirements

Filling of jars and classic lip balm container (into push-up tubes); contract manufacturing alone also available, with bulk product and packaging provided by the customer after prior testing
