BARCODE READER

A barcode reader is an electronic device for reading printed barcodes like a flatbed scanner. It consist of a light source, a lens and a light sensor translating optical impulses into electronical ones.

ADVANTAGES• Barcode reader is used to represents product specifications like

product name, manufacturing company, manufacturing date and expiry date etc.

• Barcode readers are widely used in supermarkets, departmental stores and libraries etc.

• A barcode reader captures the barcode and translates it into numbers and letters.

FINGERPRINT READER

Fingerprint readers take impressions of the friction ridges of the skin on the underside of the tip of the over time.

• Fingerprint reader is used for security and identification purposes in offices and sensitive areas.

• It translates the fingerprint pattern into digital codes.• Fingerprint is starting to make an impression in schools and are

making their way to us are used for registration, cashless catering and library access.

ROBOT

Robot is a computer controlled automatic programmable machine that reflects the behavior of living things like human beings. It is a device which is programmed to perform tasks. Most of the robots are used in manufacturing industry like car industry.
