With a background in management, coaching and process improvement I have the knowledge and experience to drive and support organisational transformation.
In these roles I have practiced or guided the Agile transformation at all levels in the organisation, from personal coaching to facilitating management teams. Having used Agile instruments myself, I’m able to train others on what is required at all different moments in a transition at scale.
To make organisational transformation concrete, I have developed the Deep Organisational Transformation (D.O.T.). This model summarises what is needed in a transformation (hereafter in CV for more details).
During management assignments, I’ve coached other teams outside my domain. The combination of training and coaching in a management position result in a broad experience and understanding of IT improvement, organisational transformation and the guidance in these Agile transitions.

Two years of experience as manager and facilitator of three DevOps teams.
During this period I practiced and improved upon the following items: • Visual Feature Planning to enable flow in value creation for the
business• Improvement Kata with “Explorer Maps” to execute
improvements and move from strategy towards execution • Intensive team en personal coaching • Process improvement to stimulate autonomous teams and focus
on value creation • Guidance of the setup of a Continuous Delivery Pipeline to
create fast feedback cycles towards the engineers.
In addition to this role as facilitator, it was my responsibility as manager to develop, improve and maintain the IT applications with the shared IT solutions that 8 countries use in their daily business.

Transforming an organisation at scale requires small steps time after time. As a coach, I have practiced several coaching models to transform classic IT teams into DevOps teams working with scrum practices.
Starting with a lean background, I have focussed on process improvement and complexity reduction. • Guidance of management off-sites to focus on strategy definition
and execution • Management team coaching including setting up and improving
visual management for management teams (Obeya) • Visual Feature planning for business and IT planning and
execution • Visual management for DevOps teams (team and improvement
boards)
During this period I have practiced the first principles of the Deep Organisational Transformation Model. This model reflects principles from Agile approaches, the Lean Startup and the so called Spotify model.
