MIMA & Bros as Electrical Projects Coordination Engineer March 2011-Continue
Controls & Monitors the actual execution of all electrical related works of site project, correspondence projects billing, compile the documents after completion of projects with other Site & official matters.
Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical related works.
Estimates, prepares and assign the resources such as manpower, material, consumables, equipment, tool, etc. required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract document and applicable standard or specification prior to execution of any jobs.
Plan the execution of all electrical related works and coordination the works to mechanical and civil groups.
Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quantity standards.
Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical group’s personal of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Prepared Billing as per measurement sheet at site complete in all respect, Sign all extra item, quantity variation, should acknowledge all approved and sign document should be part of bill.
Whole the verification of submitted Running/ Final bill checked at site on my good self, and resolved the matters regarding billing processing and finalized payment certificate by consultant/client on my duty.
Prepared Rate Analysis of Additional Works.
Technical Supports with drafting staff to prepare as-built & shop drawing.
Verify Sub Contractor’s Bill as per the work done at site.
Attending meeting with Consultant & Client from all others matter.
