A commercial building with 110.000 m2 and 7,000 m2 of retail space with a A$ 2bn budget.Confi dential Project. Leading a team of 5 architects and working with Paul Van Ratingen, Peter Blome and Grimshaw Archi-tects. Private client and government with a A$ 2bn budget and 70.000 m2 (METRO+PUBLIC DOMAIN+COMMERCIAL+HOTEL). We have buillt many projects done at the offi ce with more than 15 works fi nished and some published. I gained a lot of experience dealing with private clients, administration, works, construction, budgets and managment of the projects. I was leading a 1-3 architects team at the offi ce and 5-7 people on site. Construction research project. As part of my PhD learning experience, I have constructed some of my projects. I have been able to test many commercial and on site solutions as concrete densities, colour, forms, working closely with the ETSAM Cons-truction Technology Department (University). My goal is always design in balance with cost/high technology standards.

Inspired by Islamic brickwork of Spain and North Africa, he brought a new level of refi nement to the massing and detailing of a product that had previously been used as a cheap substitute for stone. He worked for a decade with Le Corbusier (Chandigarh) and was a political activist through architecture.Profesor Ezquiaga is also an international reference linked to the contemporary city and Urban Planning with a lot of interna-tional background.
