As a result of this job I fashioned myself to be a building maintenance operative trading as Trojan Business Services.

This job entailed being the first point of contact for tenants / leaseholders to contact Southwark council. This was my primary position, but within this time of employment I worked within different departments. I worked for ‘electoral services’ for a period of 4-6 weeks Between Januarys-February. The role involved taking voters details and queries in regards to the registration of electors. This service was open to any member of the public residing within the borough of Southwark or voting by Proxy. Between 1st March - 5th April 07 I spearheaded a payment initiative for Pearson Government solutions within ‘council tax’ department for a trial period. This service was to receive online web payments, which involved taking customers personal debit/credit card details to obtain their payments. In this period of time I had raised £130,000+ of unpaid council tax.
