The CV Series Hydrovac use the Patented

hydraulically assisted offload method.

The Patented design eliminates overhead

conflict concerns when offloading by avoiding the

need to raise the tank. Rather than using gravity

alone, the CV series applies its mechanical

advantage to quickly offload compacted tank

debris

The advantaged design further allows for a hard

piped vacuum system, which extends the

performance and reliability of the machine – a

feature not available with traditional hoist dumps


HEAVY - DUTY

BLOWER - The RBS/DV series of rotary three lobe PD

blowers can operate at high vacuum levels thanks to

a patented device that injects atmospheric air. This

device allows the blower to operate at maximum vacuum

without overheating. RBS-DV series blowers can reach

vacuum levels of up to 93% on a dead head - 27” Hg

without the need to inject water or us an upstream

heat exchanger, consequently lowering installation and

operating costs

BOILER - Equipped with a 700,00 BTU boiler. Rugged

durability, exceptional performance and exceptional

service make these boilers the obvious choice

TRANSFER CASE- The Fabco® transfer case is specifically

designed for vacuum excavation trucks requiring a

highly configurable and easily serviceable gear box.

Precision cast iron housing coupled with the use of ball

bearings, straight roller bearings and high contact ratio

spur gears will provide a long service life with easy

maintenance
