While working as the Advisor Legal for Institutional Reform Consultants in National Drainage Programme, a project funded by W.B. and a hoard of other Donors, I was instrumental in

Duties Rendered Acting as the Statutory Legal Advisor of this sector development Company, formed as a special initiative under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 as a subsidiary of Pakistan Industrail Development Corporation (PIDC), Government of Pakistan to lookafter the development of hunting and sporting arms industry in Pakistan. (Institutional Reforms Consultants)



Duties Rendered While working as Advisor (Legal) and Legal Consultant to IRC – NDP, a World Bank and Japanese Government funded programme, numerous legal instruments and statutes were Drafted and proposed for legislation. The task included close coordination and working with Frontier Irrigation and Drainage Authority (FIDA) – erstwhile Provincial Irrigation Department, Government of NWFP while proposing a detail roadmap and implementation strategies for introduction of institutional reforms in FIDA and to revamp the same with vision to introduce a community based concept of self relying systems of irrigation and drainage through “Farmer Organizations (FOs)”. Duties Rendered Act as one of the legal advisors of the Sarhad Development Authority, the apex statutory body entrusted with the duties of streamlining and supervising the industrial development in NWFP.
