Industrial Designer and Engineer educated to degree level and experienced within design consultancy and Automotive Engineering.
Introduction-
I have a number of years’ experience within Automotive, Automation and Life-Science Engineering as well as Product Design Consultancy. Since Early 2008 I have been self-employed taking on work for a number of clients in industrial and domestic applications. My involvement has ranged from 3D CAD generation to full product development and product visualisation. I am an extensive user of the latest version of SolidWorks as well as Autodesk Inventor. In addition I have some experience with SolidWorks Simulation FEA and Photoworks/PhotoView 360. I have worked in a varied mix of environments from design office to shop floor, and shared experience between manufacturing, assembly and design. As a creative as well as an engineer, I can offer a balanced approach to product development. Ensuring the design fits both user and client needs. Employment History-
