Activities & AchievementsUniversity
I was a member of the UEA Harriers 11 a-side football team, representing the university in a local league along with a national cup. I also picked up a new sport in the form of boxing, which required
exceptional self discipline and a high level of self motivation. Furthermore, I created a 6 a-side football team as a player/manager, demonstrating my strong organisation and leadership skills.
School
I was nominated as Sports Captain for my school. This required me to work closely alongside teachers to organise and officiate fixtures for lower year groups. The role also required me to work
with the local community, organising a group of student sports leaders to run sports/events days for younger children, which taught me vital leadership and communication skills. I also acquired the
awards of Outstanding Mathematician and Outstanding Sportsman for my achievements during my time at school.
