What the roll involves:

Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the production line, machinery and staff.

Inspire and motivate individuals to deliver results; Deliver a safe working environment by ensuring full

targets and objectives are achieved relating to quality service people and cost, driven through effective deployment of the performance management system and Lean tools and Techniques;
