I am a hardworking and conscientious individual with a strong desire to learn new skills. Determining whether complaints fall within the Ombudsman’s Terms of Reference and assessing the best way to progress these for resolution.
Corresponding directly with both consumers and Estate/Letting Agents to ensure that there is enough information on file for the paperwork to be suitable for the next department.
Working both in a team and individually on a daily basis to problem solve and share ideas and experience.
Handling complaints on the telephone and in writing on a daily basis. Liaising with other departments in order to better understand my own role and
the implications of work I produce.
September 2011- present: Bird and Carter Delicatessen Serving customers in a polite and efficient way, providing high standards of
customer service. Preparing and cooking food to be sold both in the Deli and at functions such as
weddings or corporate events. Making orders with suppliers both by phone and in person and handling
payment. Cashing up after a day’s profits and handling the takings. Often opening and closing alone, taking on many responsibilities.

Working with dementia patients including personal care and welfare. Running to a routine and learning how to handle a number of different residents,
including catering to individual needs and support. Judging and assessing the safety of a situation.
July 2008- Chesterton Humberts Estate Agents Producing details to be featured in local newspapers presenting houses for sale. Answering the phones and arranging property viewings and appointments.
