3. Tolerance stack up analysis in 2D (Worst case & RSS) for different objective

measurements for the engine under study & its subsystems using the software

– STACK MANAGER 4.3 integrated with UG NX7.5 (GM Customised).

Clearance - Clearance stacks for resultant envelope clearance (static or

dynamic), required running clearances, required sensor air gaps etc.

Seal - Sealing stacks (seal air, water, or oil) for resultant gasket fit, gasket
