With our PET straps we opt for safety through holding power. It is a product property that is particularly impor-tant when strapping heavy load units. Cyklop PET straps are efficient application all-rounders and they are available in three strap qualities. First of all there is our most economical and competitive strap, Cyklop Premium, which despite its small strap cross-section provides a very high breaking load. These are distinct advantages when it comes to holding power, safety and financial aspects. After all, compared to standard qualities, a smaller strap size can be used at the same breaking load, i.e. there is a solid material saving and costs are reduced.With a tensile strength of 550 N/mm² Cyklop Premium is suitable for particularly heavy-duty strapping operations on account of its higher breaking load and optimal strap and edge strength.The Premium strap, which is made from top-quality granules, is very low on consumption and offers not only more meters per coil but also greater safety and this continuously. That not only has an impact on the length of the strap coil but also leads to lower transport and storage costs. Only a few PET straps available on the market have comparable attributes. In addition, for production reasons our coils never deviate by more than 2 % from the specification quoted.That‘s guaranteed!

Polystrap is an universally applicable plastic strap for modern strap technology. It was developed by Cyklop and is optimally adjusted to our own tools, machines and systems. Polystrap has been manufactured in large quan-tities in our own factories for many years. Polystrap consists of the raw material Polypropylene (PP). By using a special process such as stretching to increase firmness and elasticity, the strap obtains further characteristics which ensure the user the advantages of a system.

CYKLOP STEEL STRAPSBlankband has a tensile strength of up to 700 N/mm² and is the most cost-effective solution for many applications.Uniflexis the classic among the Cyklop range of steel straps: especially suitable for use with hand tools and automatic machines, it achieves tensile strengths of up to 920 N/mm². The Uniflex is available from 9.5 to 32 mm. The heart of every strapping machine is the strapping head. Essentially depending on its performance and specification, how safe a load is during transport. Cyklop has, amongst other things, equipped its strapping heads CFH-1 with the innova-tive multi-stage-tensioning technology. The strap isn’t pulled around the product in one go, but in finely-tuned intervals. This innovative technology always guarantees an optimal holding power on the complete radius of the load and optimises the advantage of the modern Cyklop PET straps to the full – with up to 5.500 Newton.

WRAPPING WITH STRETCH FILM

The qualities of our wrappers and stretch film combined ensure the best possible package security. A large variety of wrapping film is of-fered for different applications to suit our comprehensive range of wrapping machines.

A low film weight (per package) is reached with our high pre-stretch in combination with the film characteristics - this reduces cost. Whereas many films for pallet wrappers can be pre-stretched to only a modest degree, our Hi-Stretch quality film allows a pre-stretch of up to 250%, the Amplast or Superstretch films even up to 300%. In combination with the Eco-Stretch and Power-Eco-Stretch process, film consumption is considerably reduced, rigidity is increased and high retaining power attained. The ultimate high tensile strength of modern foils is proven when coming in contact with sharp edges and spikes.

For palletised loads which require full-surface support and enclosure on all sides owing to their heterogeneous composition and for protection against dirt and dust – stretch-wrapping is often the best recommendation.

Cyklop offers a whole series of sophisticated system solutions from the ‚stretch-wrapping / film-wrapping‘ range. Our stretch-wrapping machines are available as semi-automatic and fully-automatic versions – each incorporating highly advan-ced pre-stretching technology and stretch-film exactly matched to them.

The Cyklop stretch-wrap technique achieves stable holding power which acts in a horizontal direction. The palletised load cannot fall apart and is protected all round. If necessary, the stretch-wrapped pallet can also be strapped: This procedure achieves high vertical holding power and secures the load firmly to the pallet.

TAPING TECHNOLOGYGUMMED TAPE AND TAPE DISPENSER

Cartons for shipping can be closed quickly, simply and efficiently with our tape dispenser and gummed tape. It is no prob-lem to recycle the gummed tape and cartons after use.

When the glue is activated it becomes solvent and penetrates into the carton lid. The outcome is an anchoring effect. The seal is firm and durable. Multiband® becomes a part of the carton. Neither heat or cold have an influence on the seal.Gummed tape and Multiband® are environmentally friendly. The kraft paper is free of harmful substances and can be recycled. The glue is a starch derivative and bio-degradable and is not toxic. The Polyester reinforcement fibre has nohealth or environmentally harmful effects.

The Cyklop JP NANO LC is a thermal ink-jet printer (TiJ) based on the world-wide establishedHP-TiJ technology. It is robust, small and compact which means that it can be integrated orattached all over. Using the Dale software and the intuitive user interface provides the small andcompact printer with the ability to print your boxes in a very high quality. Barcodes and logos canbe simply and easily printed in high quality print (up to 600 dpi).Thanks to the internal memory option of 10 data sets and the use of a USB stick the JP NANO LCcan change the print quickly and easily.
