You will become part of our teaching team that provides a comprehensive cultural exposure to language art, ethnic history, and introduction to folk music.
Responsibilities: • Develop engaging lesson plans and conduct teaching session to
a diverse group of students. • Follow basic protocols related to the subject matter and
submits required documentation, teaching plan material covered in a teaching session.
• Represent the Czech and Slovak Language Center of BCBSA and works on delivering the service on behalf of the organization.
• Collaborates on teaching sessions/events of the premises, contracted by Czech and Slovak Language Center of BCBSA.
• Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Czech And Slovak Language Center
The Czech and Slovak Language Center of BCBSA is seeking teachers of Czech
and/or Slovak Language Arts who can plan and teach classes for school-age
students in their native language.
• The Czech and Slovak Language Center of BCBSA provides materials to students. Contractors are not required to purchase any materials but may wish to use their own material.
Job type: Contractor.
Job compensation: Offering competitive hourly pay.
Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching Czech
and/or Slovak as a first language to school - age students (6 - 18 years of age) in classroom/group settings.
• BS/BA or MS/MA or foreign equivalent degree in relevant language education field preferred.
• A plus is a Music education and/or experiences with providing music classes in group settings.
• Availability to work on a weekly basis (Fri., Sat.) from the month of September throughout the month of June.
• Must be legally authorized to work in United State America.
• Must agree to the background check release.
