Czech, EPO, US, Eurasian, & Japanese patents granted for “Interferometric system with spatial carrier frequency capable of imaging in polychromatic radiation”
The author team has been awarded “Werner von Siemens Excellence Award 2013”
for the invention.
The patents were filed within the collaboration with the TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING,
a.s. The award from Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade received.
Start-up company established in September 2014
