Her paintings have been displayed and won numerous awards in local, regional and national shows. She is represented by and is co-owner of The Gallery at the Network in San Luis Obispo, CA. Dotty has taken part in juried plein air painting festi- vals and frequently demonstrates at area art associations. Her paintings have been featured in nationally distributed publica- tions such as CALIFORNIA LIGHT (California Art Club), IN- TERNATIONAL ARTIST Magazine, WATERCOLOR Maga- zine, "SPLASH 5: the Glory of Color" published by Northlight Books. She is a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of the West Coast, the Central Coast Watercolor Society and a juried Artist Member of the California Art Club. Focusing on environmental concerns, Dotty is active in SLOPE (San Luis Outdoor Painters for the Environment) She also participates in ARTCENCO, a monthly critique group and at the San Luis Obispo Art Center's Annual Plein Air Painting Festival.
