Flexi balloon biogas plant Mayank shah. structural engineer. +91 94265 25427 [email protected] Five cubic meter flexi balloon biogas plant: This plant is made from flexible HDPE film of 1000 (or 1500 is also available) microns. It has no chemical/biological reaction with inserted biodegradable wastes materials. One can reinstall same piece to other place under my guideline. My balloon technology has no construction work at all. You just dig a require pit and finish. To generate five cu.mt. Bio gas, 200 kg dung + 200 kg water is required per day in slurry form. Considering 30 times retention period, 400 litres slurry x 30 times = 12000 litres volume space is require as slurry storage volume. And five cubic metre gas means 5000 litres volume of storage space. Total of 12000 + 5000 = 17000 litres volume space is requiring. Below chart shows that cow dung is lowest gas producing substance for biogas digester. Considering above fact, Evan 100 gms of other wastes are very much valuable for biogas production & must be used. Keeping in mind above reality we give extra space for slurry storage in my balloon technology. I give slurry storage space of 15000 litres (which is more than calculated requirement). Biogas storage space is 5000 litres volume. Total space of balloon is 20000 litres volume. Far more than require, other company does not provide this much space. In terms of technology & working science, my balloon technology produce output slurry in the form of colour liquid manure. Evan if you insert big size solids then also solids will not choke exit pipe, big solid waste will completely break & dissolve in digester over a period of time and will be converted

in to water soluble manure. Complete breaking of solids; generate optimum quality & quantity of gas and liquid manure both. In other words is the best natural composting

factory at zero operating cost. This doesn’t not happen in other company model. On the contrarily presently available commercial biogas plants in India requires many kind of construction work and one cannot reinstall same scrap. This plant has Inlet of 8” pvc pipe. Out let is 2” pvc pipe. Gas pipe bol valve is 1” inch pvc. My balloon technology can recycle wastes like Man made, Animal made, Bio wastes (green or dry). wash lined flooring with water & guide slurry & grass through slope channel to balloon by gravity with the help of only one person, and free from tedious laborious jobs to handle wastes (because of heavy labors requirements). Because of 8” dia inlet, Simply insert very thick & hard solid agri wastes to balloon plant, It will break over a period of time (faster than buried in earth). Working science is “high to very high retention period” of digester. And breaking of solids happens in water media, instead of water as moisture in solids. Nature does this science in lakes/canal/river/sea. By applying small sizes pipe line network with uses of drainage pump, you can utilize exit liquid, online directly, you will get benefit of live bacteria’s developed in digester. They are the heart of any natural farming activities. (When others dry exit slurry of biogas plant then in that case bacteria’s are dead) Released Gas is free of cost from balloon. Plant can be operated fully automatic, semi-

automatic or manual depend upon individual site situation. No pressure booster pump is requiring, if you place sandbag on balloon. Or by increasing gas pipe dia, so that flow of gas will be more then require. Plastic, glass, metals, and sand are prohibited. As explained in biogas science.
