This apartment was our first step onto the property ladder, and it has been a wonderful time living here. As soon as we moved in, we got to work repainting, laying a new carpet in the bedroom and creating a wine wall as an added and unique feature to the kitchen. From then

on, it felt like our perfect first home.

The apartment itself has such a lovely feel to it. From late morning until sunset it’s bathed in sunlight, with no other buildings blocking the sunshine. At night, with candles lit – we are sure there is nowhere cosier in London (we are biased of course). We have loved hosting friends

and family here, and the open-planned layout has made it perfect for socialising. It is a real urban oasis.

We have fallen in love with Lewisham, and it continues to become more exciting by the day,

plus you are within walking distance of the wonderful bars, restaurants and pubs of Greenwich and Blackheath. Walk 15 minutes in the other direction and you are in beautiful Brockley, which is on the Overground line and has trains direct to areas like Shoreditch or Croydon. Hilly

Fields is one of our favourite parks and we are often wandering up there on the weekend (after stopping by Brockley food market).

In the summer, Lewisham’s Street Feast is a regular haunt of ours, with DJ events and some of South London’s best food stalls, whilst nearby restaurant Sparrow has been rated one of the

best places to eat in London. If the Bakerloo tube line extension to Lewisham gets approved, the area really is going to explode.

We wish the next owners of our little paradise as happy a time as we have had here.
