Before Monitor – Easy to Add Device

Add Devices

1. Click icon in the settings pane, system goes to the device manager interface. Click refresh, the device that in the same ip segment with your pc will pop up, double click the device or click the box of the devices you want then click add to add devices

2. Click Manual Add button, then input the corresponding information like device name、 ip/domain name、 user name and password and then click Add button.

3. Import from local disk: click the button import, goes to the import interface, then click button browse to choose the .xml file path, then click the file to add devices

4. Import from P2P server: click the button import, goes to the import interface, click From www.easy4ip.com, put in your user name and password of your account to import the devices you managed in P2P server.

4.1 Before you import devices from P2P server, you need to register the P2P server website www.easy4ip.com and sign up an account

4.2 login your account, and manage the devices that P2P function is enabled

Tour &Task

1. Click icon in the Settings pane, you can go to monitor tour interface

2. Click button to add task interface, then input task name, stay time. Click at the bottom of the interface to select window amount, and drag channel(s) on the right pane to the windows on the left pane

3. Click button to save current setup, and click to save current task setup and add more tasks at the same time

4. Click Preview button to go to the preview interface. Click at the bottom of the interface to enable the scheme

Account

1. you can add/remove user and modify user name here

2. Input user name, password, and select a group from the dropdown list. Select corresponding rights and then click OK button

3. If you want to login Smart PSS without username and password you can go to the GENERAL – Basic , enable the box

1. Click the icon in the Settings pane, you can go to alarm configuration interface

Alarm

2. Click button, system goes to alarm sources setup interface, Here you can input a scheme name and some reference information

3. Select the alarm type from the dropdown list and select a channel you want to set alarm scheme on the left pane; you can add it to the list on the right pane

4. Click Alarm Link on the left pane or click next button, you can go to the following interface. Check the trigger channel and alarm output channel

5. Click Period button on the left pane or click next button, you can go to the following interface

6. Click after a date to set alarm activation period. There are six periods in one day

7. Click OK button, you can view the scheme information on the alarm setup interface

Alarm Log

1. Click LOG button

2. Choose the period and alarm type

3. Click the button , you can go to interface of alarm log, click the BACKUP button , you can backup the alarm log list. 4. Choose the log save path

5. According the save path, open the log excel

3.1 What’s more, if you click the button under operation, you can output the alarm video

Alarm AudioLoop play

1. Go to the interface GENERAL-Alarm prompt, choose the audios for different alarm types. And you can also choose audio play once or loop play

2. When alarm happens, the link channels pop up the view, and alarm audio loop plays

3. If you want to close the alarm audio, you can choose the link channels and choose the alarm process fixed then click ok button

E-map – Set and View Your Cameras on Map

1. Click Add map button

2. Select e-map picture. You can input some reference information if necessary

3. Drag channel(s) on the right pane to the e-map on the left pane 4. Buttons at the left top of the

interface can zoom in, zoom out or move e-map. Double click a camera on the e-map, you can view video

5. If there are some hot zones that there have many cameras, you can set a detailed map for them, click the button , you will see a function bar , click add area.

6. Double click the icon , you can go to the hot zone map

PC-NVR – Use PC as NVR and Saving Cost

1. Click icon in the Settings pane, you can go the PC-NVR interface, then click add button 2. Select a device and then check the

record channels, click Save button

3. Click disk manager button on the left pane, select saved disk and then click

4. Set period information and type, set the corresponding time and then click OK button
