American Four Square League

• Have fun learning and employing four-square techniques.

Wrestling Season Begins November 16!

• Come out and join the team. • We especially are looking for

freshmen and sophomores. • We need to fill spots at some of the

lower weight classes (under 145 lbs.) and upper weights  (over 180).

• Our first competitions at Hoover are Wed. 12/4, Wed. 12/11 (small gym) and 12/19.

OPEN Wrestling Room every Tuesday and Thursday.

• We also have Strength Training in the weight room Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Everyone is welcome.

• Meet right after school by the wrestling room (in back of the Big Gym under the upper bleachers).

• Come work out and learn new moves and/or what the sport of wrestling is all about.

We are looking for male and female wrestlers of all sizes. Come see if you have what it takes! Coach Hoskisson
