MARKET WRAP

Nifty sustains 5600 level for 2nd day, Nifty up 3.85 pts & Sensex up 21 pts.

Government hikes petrol and diesel prices marginally by 10-12 paisa.

Euro markets up 0.5% as German industrial production inches up at 0.1%.

Indian markets ended flat but on positive basis post consolidation with Nifty sustaining

the 5600 level for second day. Nifty settled at 5607, up 3 points & Sensex up 21 pts

ending at 18666. Euro markets were up 0.50% with DAX up 0.50% owing as Industrial

production grew less than expected at 0.1% vs. 0.2%. Dow future was up 30 pts as well.
